Manchester Bakery, Inc., formerly Baker's Dozen, changed
hands in June of 2005. The existing bakery was established in 1928 by the Way Family; then known as Manchester Bakery &
Grocery. Family owned and operated since 1928, the Bakery continues to provide fresh baked products to its retail customers,
as well as, wholesale. New to the bakery are specialty cakes, decorated cookies for all occasions, cookie favors, espresso
bar, and deli sandwiches. German pretzels are made every Saturday.
